The team continues to make steady progress at Landmark on Cypress as multiple phases of work move forward across the building. Demolition is now complete through the 7th floor, including roof demo, while abatement on the upper levels is wrapping up in sections. Framing has advanced through the lower floors, and wood floor restoration is well underway with sanding and staining completed on several levels and continuing upward. Underground infrastructure has also seen major movement, with plumbing installed, tested, and backfilled in key areas, along with trenches poured and utility work completed to support future phases.
Site improvements are also taking shape with the transformer pad poured and additional concrete work in progress around utilities. Crews are preparing for the next stage by finalizing under slab plumbing on the first floor, continuing floor sanding on upper levels, and progressing toward core drilling for vertical plumbing runs. Upcoming work will also focus on completing remaining roof and elevator demolition, ensuring the building is fully prepped as structural, mechanical, and finish work continue to ramp up.
